GCS type AC low voltage distribution cabinet
Overview
GCS system low-voltage withdrawable switchgear, suitable for all power generation, distribution and power use, such as: power systems, petrochemicals, industrial and mining enterprises, civil buildings and so on.
The structure of the cabinet used in the GCS system is flexible, and different standard components can be installed in the cabinet to meet various requirements. The withdrawable unit adopts aluminum alloy sliding guide rail and spiral propulsion mechanism, which has obvious working position and is light and reliable in operation.
This product complies with 1EC60439-1, GB7251. 1 and JB/T9661 standards.
Normal use environmental conditions
● The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40C, not lower than -5C, and the average temperature of the well within 24 hours is not higher than +35C.
● Relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40C, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures.
● The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters.
●Applicable temperature: between -25 °C and +55 °C, in a short time (not more than 24 hours) up to +70 °C
● If the above conditions of use cannot be met, the user shall submit it to the manufacturer at the time of ordering and resolve it by negotiation.
Features
The basic part of the GCS system is a profile skeleton with 20 mm spaced modulus holes, all frame parts are maintenance-free.
The GCS system is a fully enclosed enclosure with IP3X protection. The bottom of the cabinet is provided with a bottom plate, and the cable outlet can be provided with a flame-retardant and insulated flange plate. The door panel and the outer casing can be fitted with a single venting vent as needed, and the top panel is fully ventilated.
The design has a large current unit and a small current multi-loop unit; the two drawers of the same layer in the same cabinet are independent of each other and do not interfere with each other; the structure is compact, the assembly is flexible, the layout is reasonable, the arrangement is neat, and the floor space is small; The structure is firm, the chain is reliable, the safety is high, the function is complete; the operation is simple, the interchangeability is good, and the short-time withstand current is large.
